About The Contest
A book compilation of "Environmental Solutions ~ Artists Dreams" is being created.
All forms of art are encouraged to submit solutions to a cleaner more peaceful environment. Photographs, paintings, sketches, illustrations, articles, short stories, poetry and more are needed for the compilation.
Feel free to invent, dream up, create interesting solutions - the more creative, the better. Knowledge of technology to make your inventions work is not needed.
The book will be an imaginative journey of solutions for the situations that need to be handled to make a cleaner, safer, peaceful and more green environment.
Winners
The contest will be for:
1. The front cover
2. The title of the book
3. The first item (whether image or written) that will appear in the book.
A publicity service will be utilized to get the word out about the book onto the correct lines that will write professional reviews plus request radio and television interviews. The three winners will be making the appearances on the radio and televised shows.
All the submissions received will be published in the book ~ so everyone is a winner.
Submission Instructions
Entering the contest is easy.
Please send an email to h2s4success@gmail.com first to introduce yourself and let H2S know that you are sending a follow up email with attachments for submission to the book.
With the follow up email, in the subject line enter the area of the contest that you are sending submissions for, as follows:
* Contest Front Cover
* Contest Book Title
* Contest First Item
Then send your creations in the following formats:
Images need to be 300 dpi
written works - submit two formats: .doc and .txt
Written works to be 1200 words maximum.
Submission Deadline
Deadline is 31 January 2010
Judging
Once the Contest submissions are in, the items to judge will be put onto artist e-lists for votes. Voting will be held until 15 February 2010. The contest results will be announced on 17 Feb 10. The book will be published and ready for Earth Day, April 22, 2010.

All contributors to the book will be able to purchase the book at wholesale prices direct from Help 2 Succeed so that you can sell the signed books at retail to family, friends, in shows and to your fans.
