TWO SOLUTIONS TO GET MORE CUSTOMERS
Recently different solutions to get more customers to websites have been tried by H2S. Two have resulted in an increase of traffic to a web site.
1. The first solution is Twitter
You can find a very good resource at the Help 2 Succeed blog that explains how you can use Twitter to sell your art. The article entry can be found here: Marketing Your Artistic Creations With Twitter.
There are many services that offer help to get more Twitter followers and to help you market better with Twitter. Two that I have found useful (and free) are:

- Tweeter Getter - This service gets you a huge amount of followers at Twitter. It is a set and forget system that you need only set up once and you will continue to get followers for an infinite amount of time. It is also no cost. CLICK HERE to start.
2. The second solution is Article Marketing
Marketing with articles is the best strategy that you can employ to get long term visitors to your website. The reason being is that the internet started out as the place to find information and it continues to be the place to go for information. Articles that are well written supply the key item that is looked for on the internet. Articles bring traffic to your site because of the resource box at the end of every article that includes the site link. The more visitors, the more sales.
To illustrate the point of how many links would be ideal, I'll speak about a poetry site that I do the webmaster work on. Last November there was a poet featured on the site who would continuously do poetry readings that were standing room only. I investigated what his successful actions were to get that many people interested, attending and buying from him. When doing a Google search, I found out that the poet had over 20,000 pages on the internet speaking about him, his poetry and his books. He was not only successful but also a family name.
What I found was the common thread on the pages promoting him was - each entry was original. Upon further investigation on how to make a workable system so that the Help 2 Succeed creative folks could get that much recognition EASILY and without technical know-how, I found out more information about doing article marketing.
We have a system now that can do the article marketing for you. I tested my own site (Winsome Tales) that was created early this year and used Google Analytics for the statistics. I tried different online marketing methods but did not get results - you can see below where the graph has a flat line at zero. One article that was made into several then submitted to article sites, directories and blogs has been done for this site. You can see that the long line of no visitors to the site suddenly came alive.
